Password Changes, Account Information, and Why We're Changing!
Why are we changing?
At Pinknoise, we always like to keep moving and making improvements. We have listened to customer feedback and are always busy working to make necessary changes. We still have the same stock of all the top suppliers, offering customers worldwide the same high-quality service at competitive prices.
What changes have we made?
We've been working hard behind the scenes, creating a better user experience! This does mean that you will need to reset your password (it should be much easier this time) you can now use your Gmail or Facebook details to log in / sign up!

How to Log into Your Account
Upon initial login, you must update your password to access your account. Below is a 3-step guide on how to change your password.

Head over to the sign-in icon and click 'Forgotten Password' | Input your email address and await a code. Once received, enter the Verification code in the box and click 'OK'. | Then change your password! Please save these details as they will be your new login info. |

How to Log into Your Business Account
- Select EU Flag on the header and click "Log-in Account"
- Go to the right hand side "Buisness Trade Account" and click "Log-in"
- Enter the email that is assigned to the business account, this will send you a verification code to that email
- Copy and paste the 6-digit verification code to enter your account
*Don't forget to check the "Terms of Service" box

How do I log into my account?
Use the email that is linked to a Pinknoise account. When you first log in, you must change your password to gain full access to your account.
How Do I Reset My Password?
Please click the "Forgotten Password" section and input a new password. This will be your new login details.
Can I Still See My Previous Orders?
We're working hard to enable previous orders. If you need any invoices till then please contact our support team at customerservice@pinknoise-systems.co.uk
Where are my Wishlists?
Unfortunatlly these couldn't be brought into the new website. You're still able to create multiple wishlists and share them to your friends or our staff with a few easy clicks.
Where are all of my Billing and Shipping Addresses?
Only the default shipping and billing addresses will be saved, please check your details before placing a new order.
Can I Still Use My Gift Card?
Yes! Any existing balances on gift cards will be transferred over and remain valid for use.
