At Pinknoise, we care about the environment and are always committed to working on staying Green! Our overall ethos for our green policy is ‘reduce, reuse, recycle’. As part of our green policy, we are continuing to implement processes and positive changes to reduce our impact on the environment.

One way we’re doing this is by reducing the amount of new cardboard boxes we’re buying and reusing as many boxes as possible from our suppliers. Any boxes we cannot use get recycled which is handled by our waste management contractor, who also adopt the same reduce, reuse and recycle ethos. We also re-use any plastic/paper packaging from suppliers and we encourage our customers to recycle their packaging.

With our new preferred international courier DHL, we have signed up to the DHL GoGreen Service with every shipment. This means that for every consignment sent by Pinknoise via DHL, a tree is planted. The GoGreen Service is put in place by DHL to offset the carbon emissions. This also means that they are making a contribution to promoting the economy in less developed countries and improving the lives of local people. We are also in the process of reducing the number of plastic bags used by replacing them with paper bags when required. We mainly use these when sending out smaller non-packaged items such as our Pinknoise custom cables.

There are other things we are in the process of doing too, such as carpooling and sourcing an eco-friendlier water cooler.

UPDATE: 100% of our waste was diverted from Landfill.

UPDATE: Over the last twelve months, we have reduced our CO2e by 13,226.98kg! We did this by partnering with @dhl_global and using their GoGreen programme in line with our GREENNOISE campaign.
